OBJECTIVES:
The ability to assert oneself without being intimidating, offensive or aggressive is an important attribute in all walks of life. Working productively with colleagues, subordinates and superiors is an essential skill.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
A new manager or supervisor, who must direct staff for the first time.
Junior employee who may hesitate to challenge more experienced colleagues.
The owner/manager who must interact with suppliers clients and other business people
