• Who you are & why you will be successful
This workshop will be led by Audrey Wilson, founder and Managing Director of Stratify Ltd. Audrey set up Stratify two years ago just when the market starting to down turn. Audrey has had to network to gain all her work and has gained all her clients through networking. Stratify offers executive business coaching, management and leadership training and psychometric profiling. Audrey's clients range from the private to the public sector.Previously, Audrey was an HR Director for a large Scottish Law Firm and the UK trainer for IKEA. Audrey is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development , has an M.B.A from Stirling University and has a Certificate in Coaching from The Henley College of Management. Audrey is also Scotland's Chair for a women's network and organises networking events in the central belt.
