British Chambers of Commerce and the Accredited Chambers of Commerce bring members exclusive offers to reduce the costs of roadside assistance services.  In partnership with the AA, we have negotiated fantastic rates up to 50% cheaper than open market prices for the same AA cover - offering you a genuine return on your membership fees and reducing your business motoring costs. CHAMBER ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

Roadside Assistance
Roadside cover means assistance a quarter of a mile or more from your home.  If the problem is not immediately repairable, you and your vehicle will be taken home or to the nearest garage, whichever is closer.

Relay*
When roadside repair is not possible this takes the vehicle, driver and up to seven passengers to any single destination on the UK mainland.

Relay Plus*
Extends the Relay service to provide one of three alternative arrangements for driver and up to seven passengers.
1. Hire of car for 48 hours subject to hire company’s terms and conditions or
2. One night’s accommodation in the vicinity of the breakdown or accident or reimbursement of reasonable transport costs to allow you to complete your journey (up to current limit).

* Relay and Relay Plus services are not provided at or within quarter of a mile of driver’s address.

Home Start
For breakdowns that occur at or within quarter of a mile of the driver’s home.

Accident Management
AA Accident Management will co-ordinate your insurance claim, arrange a speedy hire or repair and can even help with uninsured loss recovery following an accident, act of vandalism or theft.

Other Services
Truck Rescue – if you have vehicles over 3.5 tonnes the AA can organise comprehensive assistance in the event of a breakdown or accident in the UK or Europe (subject to status).
Fleet Europe – If vehicles in your fleet travel to Europe, this can provide cover for individual vehicles (£10.20).

CHAMBER FLEET ADVANTAGE

Chamber Fleet Advantage is a new product introduced to Chamber members, in association between Arval and the AA. This is a sister package created to compliment the Chamber Roadside Assistance scheme and offers members a brand new service that helps to take the hassle our of fleet management and allows you to concentrate on running your business.

It consolidates the payments for servicing, maintenance, tyres, batteries and exhausts, windscreen replacements, vehicle hire and fuel into one manageable invoice. This is supported by regular reports detailing usage and costs, so activity by staff can be monitored and effectively managed.
